Summary0002020: sogo packages should depend on the correct version of the sope packages
Description

it often occurs that the SOGo packages depend on new fixes or features that have been added to SOPE. Unforunately, the non-standard versioning applied to SOPE makes it difficult to require a specific versoin. The SOPE package could be enhanced to require their specific build though, which would solve this specific issue.

For example, rather than depending on libsopexxx (>= 4.9), sogo could depend on libsopexx (>= 4.9.r1662.20121008).
