Summary0001771: IMAP ACL support could not be disabled
Description

There is no config option to disable IMAP ACL support and SOGo does not use the IMAP capability options send back by the server to check the availability of IMAP ACL.
Accessing "sharing" context menu give an unfriendly error to users.

It would be great to disable "sharing" and "delegation" contextual menu entries when IMAP ACL are not available.
The availability of IMAP ACL could be determined by a config option and/or by using the capability options send back by the server.
