Summary	0001745: SoGo should set If-None-Match when creating a new contact on a CardDAV server
Description	From the spec: 6.3.2. Creating Address Object Resources ... If the client intends to create a new address resource, the client SHOULD use the HTTP header "If-None-Match: *" on the PUT request. Just in case there's a UID or filename collision.
