Summary | 0001660: VCARD not written correctly
Description | When editing/writing a vCard with SOGo connector, the N field is not written correctly. To my understanding of rfc6350 (6.2.2) it should always have 5 fields seperated by 4 ";"
Additional Information | It broke my contact editing capabilities in the owncloud contact app, i got it fixed on the server side by making owncloud more tolerant, but it's still a bug in SOGo i believe.

Pleas note that we do not support rfc6350 yet (VCARD 4). In the VCARD 3 spec (rfc2426), the amount of fields that were present is not described in the ABNF notation for N. Besides, this is a silly requirement, because the versit format does not force the presence of empty fields, even when enumerated and because this is useless. This does not mean we won't fix the issue, but your app should be more tolerant. |
