Summary0001519: Event shifts after upgrade
Description

We upgraded our SOGo from 1.3.3 to 1.3.9 last night, using the Ubuntu repository at inverse.ca.

OS: Ubuntu Linux 10.04.3 amd64

After the upgrade we have an issue with a lot of events (many of them but not all). Some of them shifted with 1 hours earlier, some of them shifted with 2 hours earlier. We've found an event that appears 1 hour earlier at some users, 2 hours earlier at other users.

I attached two files. a.txt contains the ics of the same event than b.txt.
a.txt belongs to a user who sees the event 2 hours earlier than before the upgrade, b.txt belongs a user who sees the same event 1 hour earlier before the upgrade (both users saw the event beginning at 3PM on Fridays before the upgrade)

Additional information: on 1.3.9 I deleted a shifted event, then I recreated it in the right start time. Then I upgraded to 1.3.10 and rebooted the server. After the reboot I logged in, and the newly created event is shifted with one hour.

It's reproducable.
