Summary | 0001476: hide "Any Authenticated User" in sharing user list
Description | When using the "sharing.." context menu function on mail folders, calendars and/or address books, you always see the pseudo user/group "Any Authenticated User". This will not be used in our organisation at all! But we have users who click on everything without understanding what they do. Because of that we would like to hide this entry per configuration option.

As this could be hard to implement, we discussed a stripped down version for this enhancement request. Would it be easier to set the "Any Authenticated User" invisible for mails or for the INBOX alone? If not, could there be an additional popup, when giving privileges to the "Any Authenticated User", asking the user if he really wants to make this Folder visible/changeable for all users? |
|
The additional popup is implemented since SOGo 1.3.12 |
