Summary0001249: Mini month not consistant with preoference settings
Description

The mini-month shown in Calendar is consistant with preference setting "Week begins on". I.e the week in mini-month does start on the day set in the pref.

But this does not happen in the mini-month Popups when creating Events and Tasks. It always starts on Monday irrespective of the preference. This results in accidentally creating the event or task on a different day some times.
This needs to be consistant with the pref.
