Summary0001206: Import vcf-File with Umlauts failed in ISO-8859
Description

Importing a vcf-File failed when the file is in ISO-8859 and contains an Umlaut like ö,ä, ü etc.
Converting it the File (got exported form another program) into utf-8 without BOM solves the problem.
