Summary0001141: Cannot set IMAP root
Description

is not possible to set IMAP root (to INBOX).
Courier-IMAP as IMAP server need to set on client IMAP root.

Without this setting all folder is subfolder of inbox. Same
folder on other client (thunderbird), where you can set imap root, you see all
folder under root.
