In thread listing, because SOGo sorts emails based on the oldest email of the thread, new messages for existing threads won't go up the mail list, making the feature unusable because it is impossible to identify new emails for existing threads.

This has been reported in 2015 on case https://sogo.nu/bugs/view.php?id=3100 and in 2019 on case https://sogo.nu/bugs/view.php?id=4796, but in those cases, the bug has been labeled as minor, and probably because of that is fell out of your radar, but I believe it is a major issue because "Sort messages by threads" cannot be used because of this.

In the threaded view, newer messages should be shown on top of the thread, and in the messages list, the threads should be sorted by the newest message received.
