Kindly ask you to add the button to change the encoding of the message while reading. Often new messages, especially composed in cyrillic html come broken. One of possible but not absolute workarounds is to try to respond or forward to that message in plain text.

I propose to add a button and/or context menu while reading message with a list of all encodings, as well as the auto and none options.
