Summary0006042: Incorrect display of event time when created from Mac calendar client
Description

When you create new event in Sogo calendar from MacOS Calendar app, the time may differ in mac client and Sogo web client. (1.png, 2.png)
The cause of such behaviour is that the event created from Mac has a timezone offset field. (3.png, 5.png).
This happens not with all timezones, for example if i choose GMT +3 for Moscow (7.png) i can see this offset, but if i choose GMT +3 Minsk, this does not happens. It feels like it is more related on how Mac creates such events, but if i connect Thunderbird it shows correct time of event (6.png) (probably just ignores the offset).

If you export this event and delete 2 fields from .ics file "TZOFFSETFROM", "TZOFFSETTO" and then import this event, there is no offset in the time

Steps To Reproduce
  1. Connect mac calendar app to Sogo (tested on Sonoma and Sequoia)
  2. Set system timezone to "Moscow Standard Time" GMT +3
  3. Create new event in mac calendar with event start time 12:00
  4. Open Sogo Web Client and find newly created event with event start time 12:29 (offset to +023017 e.g. +2 Hurs, 30 minutes, 17 seconds from 0:00 UTC)
