Automatic tag completion when typing Russian letters (Ж, Б)

Some employees in the global address book have letters "Ж" and "Б" in their names
When the user enters the name of an employee from the global address book when creating a new mail and when entering "Ж" or "Б", the input tag ends

This is possibly due to the fact that in the Russian keyboard, these letters are above the comma and semicolon signs and the GUI determines as if the user enters a comma and completes auto-selection

Steps To Reproduce

When the user enters the name of an employee from the global address book when creating a new mail and when entering "Ж" or "Б", the input tag ends
