Summary0004559: Support disabling contacts/address book with parameter "ModulesConstraints"
Description

Dear developers,

According to SOGo document, we can disable "Mail", "Calendar" and ActiveSync modules with "ModulesConstraints" parameter. and old thread mentions contacts/address books cannot be disabled with this parameter: https://lists.inverse.ca/sogo/arc/users/2012-08/msg00090.html

Could you implement this?
