Description

All-day event is not displayed correctly while DST switch will occur.
All-day events before and after the DST transitioning are displayed correctly.

Steps To Reproduce

Set timezone to Europe/Berlin
Create all-day event form e.g. 26th. March 2016 to 29th. March 2016.
As result you will see an all-day event lasting from 26th. March 2016 to 28th March (see attached screenshot). The screenshot was taken using http://sogo-demo.inverse.ca. Same here on my site.
