Summary0000289: error with CalDAV POSTS (url handling)
Description

When responding to an invitation, I get this error message during the CalDAV post:

refresh completed with status 207 at https://XXX/SOGo/dav/XXX/Calendar/personal/
Sending iITIP failed with status 404CalDAV: recv: <?xml version="1.0" encoding="ISO-8859-1"?>
<html xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml&quot;>
<body><h3>An error occurred during object publishing</h3><p>the requested object could not be found!</p></body>
</html>
CalDAV: failed delivery to

(the last sentence is indeed ellided)

Server-side, the log shows this, which is related to URL handling:

The issues might be a bug in Lightning. This needs to be checked.

Also tested an invitation, everything seems to be working as expected.
