Pouvez-vous produire un backtrace gdb tel que documenté ici: http://www.sogo.nu/english/nc/support/faq/article/how-do-i-debug-sogo.html
À première vue, le problème se situe au niveau de la communication entre SOGo et votre serveur de db,
si la table socfs_daoustc existe vraiment sur le serveur de db, il y a probablement un élément externe qui empêche SOGo de s'y connecter.
Une trace tcpdump (pcap) ou tcpflow de la communication entre les 2 services pourrait être utile pour comprendre ce qui se passe. |

j'ai ajouté panic action = /usr/local/bin/gdb_backtrace %d au fichier smb.conf. j'espère avoir la backtrace à la prochaine erreur.
j'utilise samba4 comme ldap et le internal dns.
la bd mysql est sur le même serveur (localhost).
la table en question existe déjà et il y a du contenu.
Je ne connais pas la commande tcpdump. est-elle utilisable si sogo et mysql sont sur le même serveur.

J'ai envoyé le fichier contenant l'erreur qui c'est reproduite ce matin avec l'option "panic action" dans la config du samba. En espérant que celà puisse vous être utile.

C'est vraiment curieux, on dirait que sogo ne parvient pas a se connecter à votre base de données, pourtant, vous dites que la table existe, donc la configuration est bonne.
Savez-vous pourquoi les lignes suivantes apparaissent dans le logs:

Je ne suis pas certain qu'elles aient un lien avec le problème, mais il serait interessant de voir si le problème survient encore lorsque l'heure de la machine ne change pas de près de 16 heures d'un seul coup.
Un pcap de la communication entre sogo et votre serveur de base de données serait intéressant.

L'erreur ce reproduit a tous les jours. SOGo samba4 openchange et le mysql sont tous installé sur le même serveur.

J'ai fait la capture avec la commande tcpdump -i lo -w db-snafu.pcap
Je n'ai pas mis le port 3306 puisqu'il ne me donnait rien même lorsque j'utilisait l'interface web.

Le poste d'où je fais le test avec outlook est connecté au domaine. je tenterai dans les prochaine jour le test d'un poste qui n'est pas connecté au domaine.
