Summary0001015: Postbox connector support
Description

I use Postbox email on OS X and have made the necessary changes to the SOGo connector and the Inverse version of Lightning for Thunderbird to load it properly. The connector and Lightning work very well for caldav agains my Snow Leopard Server Calendar Server but I cannot get the carddav to work with the Addressbook Server.

However, using regular Thunderbird 3.1.6, both caldav and webdav work well against the Snow Leopard Server Addressbook and Calendar Servers so there must be something subtly different about Postbox for carddav.

Could you investigate and update the connector to formally support Postbox?

Is Postbox still using the old extensions? (ie., for Thunderbird 3.1) No support for TB 10 ESR extensions?

postbox 3.0.5 dons't work with SOGo Connector Thunderbird extension Version 10.0.3, SOGo Connector Thunderbird extension Version 3.111 and SOGo Connector Thunderbird extension Version 0.101.

please make SOGo connector compatible to postbox.

Since Lightning is still considered "experimental" for Postbox, this item is very low-priority for us. If you're interested in getting SOGo Connector/Integrator working with Postbox, please provide a patch.

Extension is still experimental and unsupported after many years. No interest in this.
