From https://www.sogo.nu/files/docs/SOGoInstallationGuide.html:
Outlook 2013/2016 freebusy lookups are supported using the Internet Free/Busy feature of Outlook 2013/2016. Please see http://support.microsoft.com/kb/291621 for configuration instructions.
On the SOGo side, SOGoEnablePublicAccess must be set to YES and the URL to use must be of the following format: http://<hostname>/SOGo/dav/public/%NAME%/freebusy.ifb

Thanks. Had some trouble to get it working. Solution is described here (German): https://www.unixery.de/outlook-terminplanungsassistent-mit-sogo/

In short: it will absolutely not work with a self-signed certificate (without proper error message in Outlook) and I had to use 'https://<hostname>/SOGo/dav/public/%NAME%@%SERVER%/freebusy.ifb' as URL.
