Summary0004879: Cannot "Save as" message in a separate window
Description

When message is opened in a separate window is unable to use the option "Save As"

Steps To Reproduce
  1. On a message panel, click on "Open in New Window" button
  2. Click on "More options to mail" button (three vertical dots)
  3. Click on "Save As..."

It does nothing. I've tried on Firefox and on other browsers with the same result.
